Your Role in Our Mission:
The Director of Member Experience is broadly charged with developing a best-in-class membership experience centered around belonging, relationship-building and strengthening affinity for Alpha Gamma Delta. The Director of Member Experience leads the Member Experience Team to track both new member and initiated member retention and to create inspirational and effective practices to drive measurable increases in each area.
Your success will be defined by your ability to develop and implement effective plans and strategies impacting both new member and member retention; lead a team of employees to produce quality work against hard deadlines; build collaborative and productive relationships with staff and volunteers; and be committed to meet the needs of a growing, changing organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and implement a member and new member experience framework that increases member retention and focuses on belonging, relationship-building, and strengthening affinity for Alpha Gamma Delta.
- Partner with the Chapter Development Team and the Fraternity Wellness Team to execute and implement the member experience strategy at all levels concentrating on differentiation for various chapter sizes and current campus trends and challenges
- Lead the execution and assessment of Alpha Gamma Delta’s participation in the annual Dyad Sisterhood Survey, including, but not limited to:
- Data compilation and assessment at the individual chapter level
- Data compilation and assessment at the organization-wide level
- Lead and coach team members through both one-on-one and team interactions in executing member experience and retention strategies.
- Serve as the liaison to the Member Experience Committee on the Volunteer Service Team ensuring their work is aligned with the Fraternity’s strategic plan regarding membership and retention
- Lead and implement the Impact Chapter Program with a focus on training and mentoring the staff coaches, creating chapter resources and coaching on chapter strategic plans
- Serve as a member of the staff Leadership Team which oversees the development and implementation of the strategic plans for the overall Fraternity
- Travel as a representative of the Fraternity as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years’ experience in a relevant field
- Experience in project management and oversight
- Membership in Alpha Gamma Delta or another National Panhellenic Conference organization strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products preferred
- Coaching, supervisory or management experience required
- Ability and willingness to travel as a representative of the Fraternity when needed
- Must be able and willing to lift and carry items 35–50 lbs.

Job-Status: Exempt, salaried
